The Amplif-Eye™ Quarterly Rebate Component offers you the opportunity to earn a quarterly rebate based on your purchases of boxes of certain CooperVision products during the 2024 Fiscal Year.
Along with a new name and dashboard comes a new program specifically designed with you in mind.
Annual Participants in the Quarterly Rebate Component are eligible to earn a quarterly rebate for each Fiscal Quarter in Fiscal Year 2024 in which they meet the following qualifying Thresholds:
- Net Number of Boxes of all Product for a Fiscal Quarter in 2024 equal to or greater than the Net Number of Boxes of all Product for the same Fiscal Quarter in 2023, and
- Have a minimum of 100 Net Number of Boxes of all Products for the Fiscal Quarter.
If the above Thresholds are met for a Fiscal Quarter in 2024, Annual Participants will receive a Per-Box Rebate in the form of a quarterly rebate on Boxes in the specified Brand Families.
