The Amplif-Eye™ Quarterly Rebate Component offers you the opportunity to earn a quarterly rebate based on your purchases of boxes of certain CooperVision products during the 2025 Fiscal Year.
Along with a new name and dashboard comes a new program specifically designed with you in mind.
Participants in the Quarterly Rebate Component are eligible to earn a quarterly rebate for each Fiscal Quarter in Fiscal Year 2025 based on year-to-date sales:
- Net Number of Boxes of all Product for a Fiscal YTD Quarter in 2025 equal to or greater than the Net Number of Boxes of all Product for the same period in 2024
If the above Threshold is met for a Fiscal Quarter in 2025, Participants will receive a Per-Box Rebate in the form of a quarterly rebate on Boxes in the specified Brand Families.
